| We have a couple events coming up this weekend at a new venue that we are trying out. Come check out the place and let us know if you'd like to see more events there.
This is the second event, Sunday Jan 16, 3-7pm. There will be no lessons, no shows, no performances, just non-stop dancing. This is the first time we have used this venue. It is a historic ballroom in a heritage building dating back to 1904. It is a lovely space with 18 foot ceilings, large windows which open to let in fresh air, and an original maple dance floor of over 2,500 sq ft that has been polished for dancing. Located at 505 Hamilton Street (2nd floor), on the corner of Hamilton and Pender, just one block from the Queen Elizabeth Theatre and two blocks from the downtown library. There is plenty of street parking, as well as many nearby parkades, including a well-priced parkade just a couple blocks away at Seymour and Pender. |
