Sebastian Molnar [Instructor & Founder of Salsa Kapow]

Sebastian started learning salsa in the year 2000. Since then, he has studied
salsa from a variety of instructors, both locally and internationally. In 2003, he joined the dance team Salsa Obsessions, and eventually led his own performance groups (currently, the "Salsa Kapow Dance Team"). Over the years, Sebastia

has had a variety of teaching roles (e.g. teaching assistant at UBC), and has been teaching latin dance in & around Vancouver since 2004. To stay on top of current styles and techniques, Sebastian has attended various Salsa Congresses in Vancouver, Los Angeles, and Seattle. In recent years, he has delved into learning other dance forms, including Hip Hop, Popping, and West Coast Swing. In addition, Sebastian studies Wing Tsun Kung Fu, which has had a strong influence on his teaching & learning style.

Sebastian has been an invited guest dance instructor for many private functions and local salsa events (Salsa Vancouver, City Salsa Vibe, Dance Addicts, etc). Currently, he teaches and entertains his students at Rhodes College and at Dance Addicts Studio.

Yukiko Molnar [Assistant Instructor & Salsa Kapow Website Designer]

Yukiko began learning salsa from Sebastian in 2004. Since then, Yukiko has been an avid student of salsa learning from local and international instructors when possible. Currently, Yukiko is the website designer for Salsa Kapow, and she is also a valued teaching assistant for Salsa Kapow classes and classes at Dance Addicts studio.
